I'm very excited to finally use our company's (CB) new lead management system called the Kunversion. It offers so many tech savy ways for me to communicate with my past clients, how to manage the current leads to follow up and how they are able to search homes, and it organizes in a way for me to keep up with exactly what I need to do daily and consistently. This system also offers me to post on Craigslist, add Blogs, and be able to manage from my phone. I'm only scratching the surface of what this system can do since I just started to learn how to use the system. I know there are other systems are being used but I find the Kunversion is very advanced in technology and most importantly very easy to navigate for the people who are not so tech savy. Once I learn how to use the system more efficiently, I would have more time to spend with my kids...

I entered the real estate profession in 2007 hoping that I can develop my career and still able to spend time with my boys as well. I’m dedicated to my family, actively volunteers my time at Milpitas Christian School, serves as an official at West swim club, and serves public as a board member at my son’s little league. Whenever I’m not working… enjoy playing tennis, hiking, shopping, interior decorating, reading, trying different foods and traveling but my favorite thing to do is watching my son Brandon hitting baseball and officiating at swim meets where my older son Kovi competes…and once in a blue moon, you will see an official falls in the water accidently and hopefully it will never happen to me.
