Quick and Easy Tire Buying Guide
Although buying tires is not as exciting as say buying shoes or a high definition TV, it is something you should do your homework on to ensure you get tires that last long and that you won’t over pay for. Here are some quick and easy tips to find the right tires at the best price.
1. Go to www.tirerack.com and enter the information about your vehicle.
2. Look up tires with the highest UTQG rating. The higher the rating the longer your tires should last. 450-500 range is optimal.
3. Write down the information about the tire. Make, model and size
4. Call up your nearest America’s tires. I recommend the one on Brokaw road in San Jose.
5. Ask them if they have the exact tire you want and ask if they will match Tirerack.com’s price. Which they will minus $10 bucks.
6. Set up your appointment, Wednesday is usually the best day.
Enjoy your new tires!

I entered the real estate profession in 2007 hoping that I can develop my career and still able to spend time with my boys as well. I really enjoy helping my clients find their perfect homes and finding solutions that occur during the buying and selling process. My goal is to not only educate people with buying and selling process but also to build a life time relationship with my past and present clients. I’m dedicated to my family, actively volunteers my time at Milpitas Christian School, serves as an official at West swim club, and serves public as a board member at my son’s little league. Whenever I’m not working… enjoy playing tennis, hiking, shopping, interior decorating, reading, trying different foods and traveling but my favorite thing to do is watching my son Brandon hitting baseball and officiating at swim meets where my older son Kovi competes…and once in a blue moon, you will see an official falls in the water accidently and hopefully it will never happen to me.
